Most of the leads are defined by a few (1 to 4) seismic lines and comprise tilted fault or
horst blocks; the major faults trend NW-SE. Fault definition in most of the anomalies is
reasonably good. The main geological risks are trap definition and the lack of an effective
seal at the bounding fault. Reservoir quality may also be an issue, in the Lower Goru
Formation as well as the deeper Sembar and Chiltan Formations (at about 12,000 ft
(3,700 m) and 14,000 ft (4,300 m) depth, respectively), because the Jherruck Block is at a
distal location from the provenance area and porosity preservation may be limited due to
the depth of burial. Gas is expected to have migrated updip towards the Prospects and
Leads from the east.
Acquisition of 200 km

of 3D seismic data is planned starting in July, 2014, after which an
exploration well would be drilled; this would fulfil the remaining commitments in Phase I of
the license, which expires at end 2014.

Notes:
1.
Gross Prospective Resources are 100% of the volumes estimated to be recoverable from the
Prospect in the event that a discovery is made and subsequently developed.
2.
The GCoS reported here represents an indicative estimate of the probability that drilling this
Prospect would result in a discovery.
3.
The volumes reported here are “unrisked” in the sense that no adjustment has been made for
geological or commercial risk, i.e. the risk that no discovery will be made or that any discovery would
not be developed.
4.
Prospective Resources should not be aggregated with each other, or with Reserves or Contingent
Resources, because of the different levels of risk involved.
5.
LG = Lower Goru Formation.
