We are committed to building strong collaborative relationships with our Vendors, Contractors and Suppliers. We strive to secure their interests as we understand their vital role in the success of Kuwait Energy.

If you are a Vendor, Contractor or a Supplier, interested in working with Kuwait Energy, you are kindly requested to perform the following steps free-of-charge on our SAP Ariba SLP Platform.

1. Start the Onboarding at External request
2. Complete the Registration in English Language and select the appropriate Materials and Service Category and Subcategory.
3. If you have any pre-qualification certificate or letter issued from any government organization (like Basra Oil Company (BOC)), then select “Yes” and attach a valid document.
4. If you do not have any pre-qualification certificate or letter from any government organization (like Basra Oil Company (BOC)), then select “No” and you will be notified to apply to Kuwait Energy prequalification process by completing the prequalification questionnaire subject to your registration approval.
5. Promptly update your detailed company information when you are notified.

All the functionalities of the SAP Ariba SLP platform require a minimum native screen resolution of 1280 x 800 but recommend resolution is 1920 x 1080.

It is recommended to use the latest and non-beta versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari on desktop PC and laptops. Please note that Internet Explorer no longer supports SAP Ariba SLP platform.

For Mobile phones, it is recommended to use Chrome for Android OS and Safari for iOS.
