Area A production in early May, 2014 was approximately 6,600 bopd, with 55% coming
from Shukheir NW, 43% from Yusr and 2% from the rest.
Yusr has produced approximately 53.2 MMBbl of oil. The field comprises a central, high
horst block with some compartmentalisation due to faulting. Six zones are productive.
The main reservoir is the Lower Miocene Rudeis III at a depth of approximately
3,600-4,250 ft ss. It has sand thickness of up to 22 ft and average porosity of 20-30%.
