Abstract painting is used
along with figurative
painting, to represent the
transition from past when
everything was chaotic and
the future, which was a
source of anxiety; to a new
era of hope. Here, the clear
blue sky and the blossoming
flowers are all direct
representation of this new
spirit. Colors in this work are
used as symbols; blue for
hope and green for fertility.
